In March 2021, a fire destroyed part of the Strasbourg datacenter. Our affected clients' websites were rebuilt within a few hours, from backups kept on another site.

Your questions about hosting
Where is my data hosted?
In the region you choose: Europe (OVHcloud, Scaleway, ISO 27001 certified datacenters in France), North America (United States, Canada) or Asia (Singapore), on dedicated servers or a cloud such as AWS.
What happens if the datacenter goes down?
Your site restarts from a backup kept on another site, more than 100 km away, at another provider. That is how we rebuilt the sites hit by the OVHcloud Strasbourg fire in 2021 within a few hours.
Will my site hold up on Black Friday or during a TV feature?
The server is sized for your peak days, and we review it with you before each of them. Load testing is available as an option.
Do you host more than Magento?
Yes: Symfony, Sylius, WordPress, PrestaShop, web applications and APIs, and AI models installed on your own servers.
My site is down at another host, can you help?
Yes. Contact us: we diagnose, bring the site back online, then offer to take over its managed hosting if you wish.
How much does managed hosting cost?
