For Renault, we designed tablet apps for motor shows, with option selection and quotes. This view uses the project photos: 46 shots per colour, no 3D model. The same technique works for any product photographed from every angle.

FAQ
Your questions about configurators
2D or 3D: which one?
2D is often enough when the product mostly changes colour or material: it is simpler to produce and very fast to display. 3D adds the 360° view and handling, useful for products whose shape matters. We decide with you during scoping, product by product.
Do we need a 3D model of every product?
No. A layered 2D view or prepared renders often cover a large part of the catalogue; 3D is kept for the products where it adds the most.
Does the configurator work on mobile?
Yes. The visualisation runs in the browser, with no plugin, on mobile, tablet and desktop. We optimise the weight of models and images so loading stays fast.
Can it connect to our ERP or PIM?
Yes. Options, prices and stock can come from your ERP or PIM, and the order goes back there with the full configuration.
